Fórmulas discursivas y designificaciones de los Derechos Humanos en el Macrismo y el Bolsonarismo
Discursive formulas and de-signification of Human Rights in Macrism and Bolsonarism

Resumo:
En este texto investigamos los usos políticos de fórmulas discursivas y procesos de renombramiento en torno al tema de los Derechos Humanos en el Macrismo y el Bolsonarismo. Como corpus, recopilamos 8 declaraciones: 6 del grupo del expresidente argentino Mauricio Macri y 2 del expresidente brasileño, Jair Bolsonaro. La asimetría en los datos se debe a que existe una amplia producción sobre el Bolsonarismo en Brasil. Ante esto, priorizamos datos del contexto argentino. En resumen, en Argentina, si bien hay una deconstrucción de los usos del pasado por parte de antagonistas políticos, como el kirchnerismo, su negación es parcial y sin alentar la violencia física. En Brasil, no sólo no se reconoce la necesidad de perdón del Estado, sino que se glorifican sus crímenes de lesa humanidad.

Abstract:
In this text, we investigate the political uses of discursive formulas and renaming processes regarding the theme of Human Rights in Macrismo and Bolsonarismo. As a corpus, we collected 8 statements: 6 from the group of former Argentine President Mauricio Macri and 2 from former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro. The asymmetry in the data is due to the fact that there is extensive production on Bolsonarismo in Brazil. In view of this, we prioritized data from the Argentine context. In summary, in Argentine, although there is a deconstruction of the uses of the past by political antagonists, as is the case of Kirchnerism, their denial is partial and does not encourage physical violence. In Brazil, not only is the need for the State to apologize not recognized, but its crimes against humanity are glorified.
